This event will be celebrated at the Andalusian School of Public Health in Granada (Spain) on January 18, 2012
Its goal is to create a space where professionals of health and social services can meet and discuss about how to improve the quality of care for people living with chronic diseases, particularly those with complex or multiple chronic diseases.
