The webinar is being hosted by the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Health (OASH), U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
OASH coordinates the implementation of the national roadmap to optimize health and quality of life for persons with MCC entitled, HHS Strategic Framework on Multiple Chronic Conditions. The webinar will highlight MCC work in 2012 and feature discussions with representatives from HHS agencies and the National Council on Aging (NCOA).
