The Andalusian School of Public Health has organized a meeting between professionals from different countries to advance "the quality of care for people with multiple chronic diseases. The main objectives of this forum, open to anyone interested, is to increase awareness of the innovative practices expected to manage multiple chronic diseases and their impact on health systems and society in general.
