Forum «Care quality for people with complex chronic diseases: new opportunities and challenges»
“The forum «Quality of care for people with complex chronic diseases: new opportunities and challenges» will be held on June 1, 2010 at the Andalusian School of Public Health (EASP). Its goals are: *To increase awareness about current and expected innovative practices for the management of multiple chronic diseases and their impact on the health system and society at large *To promote the exchange of knowledge and experiences on the management of multiple chronic diseases in Andalusia and beyond *To foster innovation through 'glocal' collaboration enabled by information and communication technologies *To launch the book «When people live with multiple chronic diseases: a collaborative approach to an emerging global challenge»
The program will include the following activities:
