The challenge of implementation.
The international conference will be held on June 2 and 3, 2010, in Bilbao, has within his cientific committee experts like Ed Wagner, Rafael Bengoa, Alex Jadad, José Artetxe, Andrés Cabrera, Juan Carlos Contel, Jesus Maria Fernandez, Marie Pierre Gagnon, Gontzal Great, Jesus Medina, Roberto Nuño Manuel Ollero, Domingo Orozco, Itziar Vergara and José Emparanza. The theme of the conference will be around the transformation of health systems for chronic patients, where they exhibited some international experiences.
