DISMEVAL is a three-year research project which brings together ten partners in seven countries. Coordinated by RAND Europe and funded by the European Commission, the project aims to review approaches to chronic care and disease management in Europe and, through testing and validating possible evaluation methods, to provide evidence for best practices and recommendations to policymakers, programme operators and researchers on which evaluation approach is most useful in a given context.
