Evercare™ Solutions for Caregivers is a national care management service that seeks to provide expert advice and help guide patients’ families through the complexity of choices to best manage the changing medical and non-medical needs. In-person evaluations can be performed to determine a plan of care and assist in coordination of services. Evercare programs are evidence based. In this area ever care completed the first ever, comprehensive national study to explore the lives of caregivers whose health has declined due to care giving, the first-ever study to shed light on an important segment of family caregivers – the 8 million Hispanics in the U.S. who are caring for aging loved ones. Also it teamed up for the first in-depth national study that examines the personal cost of care giving and created an evidence based risk guide for caregivers
