Qoolife es una red social en Internet para prestar apoyo a pacientes crónicos y familiares de personas con dependencia. Estamos impulsando un proyecto de investigación para evaluar el impacto en atención primaria del uso por los pacientes de Qoolife como herramienta de autogestión del riesgo cardiovascular.
