Innovative Practice Bank is an initiative of the Andalusian Health Ministry, through the General Health Innovation, Systems and Technology Direction, in collaboration with IAVANTE foundation. The Objective of this initiative is to promote and implement innovation within Andalusian Public Health System, through identification of innovative actions being performed within it, and their difussion throughout the system. At the same time, the Health Ministry intends, by promoting and communicating those innovative practices, to publically recognize the work of their professionals who help to the continous improvement of the system and the quality of service to citizens. The web portal "Salud Innova" and the human team of "Innovative Practice Bank", provide the professionals developing innovative practices, assesment and useful information for the success of the projects.
