The main objetive of the meeting is to advance international alliances and generate new set in the Management of Complex Chronic Disease.

The meeting was attended by 16 people physically and virtually 5. This will include the development team OPIMEC (www.opimec.org) and its International Advisory Council, responsible for health professionals and public health system in Andalusia and the National Health System in Spain, responsible for other observatories as well as be invited others internationally recognized in the field of Management of Complex Chronic Disease.
